Customers must be 18 years or older to rent equipment.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of rental.
A security deposit may be required depending on the item.
Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the rental period ends.
Late returns may incur additional daily charges.
Payment is due in full at the start of the rental period.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.
If applicable, the security deposit will be refunded after equipment is returned in good condition.
Equipment is provided in clean and working condition.
Customers are responsible for the proper care and use of the rented items.
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or loss may result in additional repair or replacement charges.
We offer local delivery and pickup for an additional fee (based on location).
Customers may also pick up and return equipment from our store during business hours.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the equipment.
Early returns will not be refunded unless agreed in advance.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.
