Rental Policy

At A2Z Med Supplies, we aim to provide high-quality medical equipment rentals with flexible terms and a hassle-free experience. Please review our rental policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility

  • Customers must be 18 years or older to rent equipment.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of rental.

  • A security deposit may be required depending on the item.

Rental Duration

  • Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the rental period ends.

  • Late returns may incur additional daily charges.

Payment & Deposit

  • Payment is due in full at the start of the rental period.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.

  • If applicable, the security deposit will be refunded after equipment is returned in good condition.

Maintenance & Responsibility

  • Equipment is provided in clean and working condition.

  • Customers are responsible for the proper care and use of the rented items.

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or loss may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer local delivery and pickup for an additional fee (based on location).

  • Customers may also pick up and return equipment from our store during business hours.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the equipment.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Early returns will not be refunded unless agreed in advance.

  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.
